We’re exactly one month out from the release of Rough Trade, and that means it’s time to start up my weekly reveals. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, that’s probably because I used to do this on FB. But as multiple clever people pointed out, not everyone’s on FB, so I decided to start doing them as blog posts. Usually for these reveals (occurring every Saturday until the release!) I include tidbits about my heroes and/or quotes or paragraphs from deeper in the book than the excerpt gets.

But at the same time, I really, really wanna. Because I’m excited about it. I’m having fun, you guys.

The ebook will be out on December 3, 2018 and the paperback will be out December 25th!
The line edits for Ghost's book are done, so all that’s left on my end is a read-thru of whatever the copyeditor comes up with. Oh, and getting the word out. I'm not that great at marketing, tbh, so I tend to get stressed out around this point in the process, but there is some exciting stuff nonetheless. Like what, you may ask?

First about Ghost’s book, which now has a title: Rough Trade. It may be interesting to note that of all my books so far, this is the only one where my original working title survived all the way through to the end. The others were all horrible to start and had to be fixed, but Rough Trade worked for everyone from the start. I choose to take it as a sign that I’m getting better at naming things.

Obviously I'm a little late with this week's Hard Line excerpt, but I have a really good reason--I sort of forgot what day of the week it is.
That sounds stupid, I know, but it's not because I've been lazy. Just the opposite, in fact...I've been wrapping up Ghost's book, and it's coming together so nicely and I'm soooo close.
