Only 20 days until Bad Judgment comes out!
I'm starting to get that excited feeling that usually only shows up in kids when they get a couple weeks out from Christmas. That's probably to be expected. I mean, first book and all. But still, it's both nice and sort of terrifying.
Read MoreI've just completed a Q&A session with a lovely lady from Divine Magazine in the UK for their Author Spotlight series. (Turns out she really liked the book! Yay!). Divine Magazine is a LGBTQ-friendly mag that does a little bit of everything, but anyone who's reading this will probably be most interested in the fact that they have excellent book reviews. You can check out the website here, although the actual interview isn't available yet. That'll come out on Sept. 19 when Bad Judgment is released, and I'll post a link then so folks can find it easily.

And since this post is pretty thin on content otherwise, I would like to point out that Justin Trudeau (the Prime Minister of Canada) looks an awful lot like one of his fellow Canadians, Patrick Sharp (a forward for the Dallas Stars hockey team). I would include pictures, but people can sue you for that sort of thing if you don't buy the licenses, and I'm pretty cheap. So you can either look them up for yourself or take my word for it.

From now until the book comes out (Sept 19!), I'm gonna be releasing small bits of conversations and scenes on Facebook as part of Carina Press's Conversation Saturdays. They'll be short, but they'll come from different parts of the novel, not just the first chapter or two, like the official excerpt will, so you won't be re-reading something you may have looked at already.
